Greetland Goldstars Football ClubWelcome to our website. We are based in Greetland, near Halifax, West Yorkshire. We have teams in the Calderdale mini soccer league from Under 7's to Under 10's, and in the Junior League with teams from Under 11's to Under 15's. Our older teams play in the Huddersfield RCD Junior Football League. We also have girls team at Under 11 Under 14 and Under 15 which play in the West Riding Girls' League.

In line with this commitment the club has qualified coaches at all age levels, and welcomes players of all abilities . There are now over 250 clubs in the West Riding who are Charter Standard. We are one of only 6 clubs in the Calderdale League who have gained the FA Charter Development Club Status.
As well as being a Charter standard club we are also a Clubmark accredited club. Clubmark is the only national cross sports quality accreditation scheme for clubs with junior sections. It is built around a set of core criteria which ensure that accredited clubs operate to a set of consistent, accepted and adopted minimum operating standards. We have 13 x 'FA level 1' qualified coaches and 1 x 'FA level 2' qualified coach to maintain our high standard of achievement, as well as 8 qualified referees to ensure fair play.
